Daliyat al-Karmel is a Druze village located on Mount Carmel in the heart of the Carmel Park. The Pearl of the Druze Carmel is a colorful and friendly village that draws tourists from all over the country to an authentic, cultural and fantastic culinary experience.
The Hebrew meaning of the name of the village is the Vine of the Carmel. The vibrant tourist village is the southernmost Druze village in the world.

Other places to visit are Maqam Anlabi Abu Ibrahim, Beit Yad Lebanim for the Druze, the Druze heritage house, and freshwater springs. Another point to visit in the village is the Laurence Oliphant House, which was built in the 1880s, came under British rule, and the place where Naftali Hertz Imber, who wrote the national anthem, lived. The house symbolizes the alliance between the Druze community and the Jews that was forged in the country before the establishment of the state.
For art lovers, you can find many art objects, home art galleries and impressive paintings in Daliyat al-Karmel. In the village, you can also visit the Yasmin Visitor Center, which gives exposure to Druze life in the area. Throughout the year you can enjoy festivals such as the Olive Festival and the "Ahlan veSahlan" Festival which both take place in the village.
