The Jerusalem International Book Fair is a biennial event taking place since 1963.
Each JIBF brings to Jerusalem hundreds of publishers, editors,
agents and scouts and presents the Israeli literary scene to them,
while at the same time—exposing international literature to its attendants.
Visitors to the fair, which will be held in 2017 alongside the Hebrew Book Week (of the Israeli Publishers Association),
can participate in a unique cultural and literary experience at the fair’s new venue,
the Jerusalem First Station, and in its surroundings: meetings with authors, book displays, readings,
activities for children and for the family. All this and more. Events are free of charge and open to the general public.
