In Moshav Tal Shahar at the foot of the Jerusalem Mountains and the heart of the agricultural fields is a family goat farm called "Iza Pziza" which includes a small herd, a dairy and a visitors' center with a cheese shop. The site offers a rural experience for groups and visitors of all ages. The Aziza Faziza Creamery: A boutique creamery that produces yogurts and a variety of goat cheeses, all the cheeses are self-made, without the use of preservatives and the use of milk from the family herd.
At the creamery, visitors can take a course on milking for individuals and families. Visitor Center - Tours and Workshops: The visitors' center at Aziza Paziza has workshops and experiential activities suitable for all ages. The range of activities is tailored to groups in person by appointment (families/team building days /school groups/tourists, etc.). The activities expose visitors to the experience, from the way they raise goats, through milking, to making cheese and to taste the products of the creamery.
Groups: Tasting tours, experiential activities, workshops, a place to stop - coffee and cheese shop, dairy meals, and picnic tables. Deli and coffee: In addition to the dairy products, you can order coffee and pastries in the delicatessen and have a picnic. There is a variety of products: crackers, olives, spreads, olive oil, honey, jams, wine, and loaves of bread.
Tools and books for preparing home cheeses, cheese knives from leading companies and more can all be purchased here. Cheese and Wine Events: Aziza Faziza holds cocktail events based on a buffet of goat cheeses, wine, and loaves of bread. Up to 40 people can be accommodated on the upper deck and up to 70 people on the lower terrace. The place is kosher.
