Jerusalem, the capital of Israel, is one of the most famous and fascinating cities in the world.
A city full of history and culture, which promises its visitors unique experiences, exciting thrills, pleasures, and interesting tours. Along with historical and archeological sites, you will find modern tourist sites in the fields of culture and art, theater, and music, architecture, gastronomy, and more.
The city is sacred to three religions, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, and therefore attracts tourists from all over the world.
Also in Jerusalem are the government institutions of Israel, the Knesset, the Supreme Court, the President's Residence, the Prime Minister's Office and most of the government ministries.

Attractions and events:
The heart of Jerusalem is the walled Old City divided into four quarters - the Armenian, the Christian, the Jewish and the Muslim quarters. Within its precincts are the most important sites of each; the Western Wall, the Temple Mount, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, Gethsemane, the Last Supper Room, Via Dolorosa, the Western Wall Tunnels, and the Tower of David.

In addition to its rich history, Jerusalem is a cultural and leisure center.
You can visit the Israel Museum, the largest cultural institution in Israel, and among the world's leading art museums, the famous Jerusalem Biblical Zoo, the Machne Yehuda Marke, a noisy "Shuk" market that combines vegetable and fish stalls with halva and gourmet food stalls, and at night becomes one of the biggest party and bar locations the city has to offer.
Throughout the year, a wide variety of events and festivals are held in the city, as well as a variety of attractions such as the Festival of Light, shopping malls, museums, hotels, and restaurants, from street food to chef restaurants.

Transportation:
Transportation in Jerusalem is based on municipal buses, taxis, and private vehicles, as well as the light rail that became a major addition connecting the downtown area.
