The Beilinson hospital, founded in 1936, is now part of the Rabin Medical Center, the largest of its kind in Israel, which also includes Hasharon hospital. Beilinson hospital includes centers for oncology, hematology, a women’s hospital including gynecology and obstetrics, transplants, cardiology, advanced chest and heart surgery, robot surgery, MRI and PET CT scans, neurology, neurosurgery, and a unit offering five star hotel level hospitalization. The Rabin Medical Center also carries out extensive research, co-operating with leading international medical centers, and is affiliated with the Tel Aviv University School of Medicine.
