Tasting Tour In The Hatikva Market

Region: Tel Aviv and Center, By Appointment: Yes
Source: Siyur Sipur
Region: Tel-Aviv area

During the tour, you pass through the alleys, hear stories and taste from the dishes of the various communities: mint-flavored slushy, an Iraqi Kahka and Baba Kardasi, at the Kulululu bakery.

From there you continue to the Hummusia, not before you hear about the witch's stand and learn how to expel the evil eye by using a mixture and reading with lead marbles.

We will taste and learn the difference between foods, Cubana and Hilba, and how they are all related to an Olympic medal.

Later on, we visit Naama and Amiga and taste stuffed vine leaves, Kube with David Haviv and his daughters, Yifushka in a Bukhari bakery, and a drink of floda.

Between one tasting and another, visitors will go to Bnei Yehuda, they will sing on Ofra Haza hill, hear about the line of dogs during the Independence War, and we will read street poetry.

What did the first lady of the theater in the neighborhood do? Rambo the rooster that became an international star, 72 streets, and 72 synagogues.
