The Templar Colony was established some 150 years ago by settlers from southern Germany, and is a center that combines the unique story of the Templars, the IDF at the beginning of the days of Tel Aviv.
During the tour the counselors will tell the story that hid for many years behind the fences of the Kirya, and has been exposed to the world over the last two years.
During the tour we follow the Templars, tell about their lives in the Land of Israel, their relations with their neighbors, the unique technology they brought to Israel, and the special methods in which they developed commerce and economy in 'Eretz Israel'.
The tour will take place between the houses of the neighborhood that were renovated and restored, and will include a visit to the olive press and the famous tunnel of Sarona.
